What is Motivated Seller Exchange (MSE)?
MSE is a referral based lead generation platform focused solely on motivated seller leads. We run Google PPC campaigns to generate inbound seller leads and connect them with agents. You only pay a referral fee when a deal closes.
What makes these leads different from other platforms?
Unlike platforms that give you lists of people to cold call, MSE delivers actual motivated sellers who have requested help. We screen them through our Inside Sales Agents (ISAs), and you only pay after a successful transaction.
What kind of leads will I receive?
All leads are seller leads no buyer leads. These are bottom of funnel, high intent prospects who are actively searching for solutions like cash offers or selling quickly.
Are the leads exclusive?
Leads are syndicated to everyone in the market at the same time. The first agent to claim the lead gets exclusive rights to work it from that point forward.
How are leads delivered to me?
Leads are sent via email and text message. When you receive a notification, you can click the “Claim Now” link, which opens in your web browser, allowing you to accept or reject the lead.
Is there a cap on the number of leads I can claim?
No. There is no cap. As long as you're the fastest to claim, you can receive as many leads as you want.
What happens if I claim a lead but don’t like it?
You’ll have the option to return the lead. It will be re syndicated to other agents in your market area who may want to claim it instead.
Do I need to pay upfront for the leads?
No. You only pay a referral fee after a deal closes.
Free Plan users pay a 35% referral fee.
Premium Plan users pay a 30% referral fee.
If you purchase the property yourself, the referral fee is 1% of the purchase price on the Free Plan, and 0.75% on the Premium Plan.
What is the Premium Plan and what are the benefits?
The Premium Plan costs $97/month. It gives you early access to leads (1 hour before free users) and lowers your referral fee to 30%.
Will I get charged a referral fee if the seller later becomes a buyer?
No. We only charge referral fees on the original transaction. If the seller later becomes your buyer, you're free to work with them without additional fees.
Can I use my own investors to make cash offers?
Yes. You're free to use your own pool of investors, make your own cash offers, or keep the property for yourself if it fits your investment criteria.
