  • Enforce contractual obligations under the Referral Agreement.

  • All Parties are required to follow privacy regulations including TCPA, CCPA, and CAN-SPAM.

  • Parties must safeguard Referred Client data from unauthorized access or misuse.

  • Any breach may result in penalties and legal responsibility.

5. Data Retention

Referred Client data will be retained for up to 24 months for compliance and record-keeping. After that period, data may be anonymized or deleted unless required for ongoing legal matters.
